2024 Mt. Ascutney Fall Hillclimb Volunteer Signup

It takes a lot of volunteers to run this event and we appreciate your interest. We are seeking volunteers to work in various positions at the hillclimb. Main responsibilities are to watch for safety issues, show red flags when necessary, and use the radio for communications. The worker meeting in the morning will include a walkthrough of all responsibilities so that you are prepared to act when necessary and we will try to pair novices with experienced workers.

The club provides a lunch for workers and drivers onsite. If you need help finding that when onsite, please ask!

Please let us know if you need accommodations and we'll try our best.

If you do not have an account on MotorsportReg.com, click on the My Account tab above and get a free account.  It will ask for your information and emergency contact information.

Volunteer meeting will be near the base of the mountain at 7:00am.

Weekend schedule:

  • Saturday 7:00AM - Workers meetings
  • Saturday 7:30AM - Drivers meeting
  • Sunday 7:00AM - Workers meeting
  • Sunday 7:30AM - Drivers meeting
  • Saturday/Sunday 4-5PM - normal finish time
