2025 New England Hillclimb Association (NEHA) Awards Banquet AND 2026 Rules Meeting
SCCNH has the privilege of holding the 2025 NEHA awards banquet and rules meeting at the Autopac Gallery in Laconia with catering by Hart's Turkey Farm.
DATE: February 21st
SCHEDULE:
Doors open at 1:30
2pm-5pm - RULES MEETING
5-6pm - HAPPY HOUR (BYOD)
6-9:30pm - DINNER | AWARDS
DRINKS: BYOB, A limited selection of Non-Alcoholic drinks will be provided by the club.
DINNER IS $55 PER PERSON. NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.
Dinner will be mains of Roasted Turkey and Roast Beef; potatos, squash, and vegetable sides; and Apple Crisp dessert.
We are checking into hotel blocks, but the nearest hotel is the The Lake Opechee Inn and Spa, it is on the same property as the Autopac

2026 Rules Submissions
Per rule 41. in General Regulations: In order to submit or vote on a proposal that pertains to a NEHA rule, the person must be a member of KSCC, SCCNH, or SCCV, must be of age to be a driver (18) or worker (16) in a NEHA hillclimb as of the date of the rules meeting, and have participated at a hillclimb in the last three years, either as a worker or driver.
Submit your proprosal via the Google Form (LINK). If you have questions about proposal submissions, reach out to Greg (Gregorywilcox98@gmail.com).
Deadline for submissions is end of day Saturday February 14th.
Submit one proposal per email using the following format:
1) Your name(s)
2) Rule section number/letter (for existing rule or for adding a new rule)
3) Your proposal wording exactly how it will appear in the rules (may be a deletion)
4) Optional but helpful, please include a brief description of your thoughts behind your proposal

2) 5.D.3
3) The catch can is required to be metal.
4) The current wording allows catch cans of any material including wood or cardboard.
Event requirements
Ray's Autopac Gallery is located at 62 Doris Ray Court in Laconia, NH.
Be responsible. If you are intending to drink, get a designated driver, or get a room. The Lake Opechee Inn and Spa is on-site, and there are other hotels nearby. Plan ahead for accommodations.
